Sunday Groups
Sparks
Sparks is for children up to three years old.
The children have a simple Bible story and a craft to make.
There are lots of fun toys to play with and they can have a drink a biscuit.
Sunday Club
Climbers is for children just about to start Reception – Year 1.
Explorers is for children in Year 2 – 5.
We spend time together listening to a Bible story then split into our groups to talk and think about what’re learning. We also play games, make things and share our news.
The children stay in the main church for the first part of the service (about 15 minutes) and then leave for their groups. The children return to the main church (or are collected by their parent/ carer) usually during the last song.
Once a month there is an All Age Service. This is where the whole church family stay together for all of the service.
Explorers on Thursday
This is for children in Year 2 – Year 5.
At Explorers on Thursdays we play games, make craft and learn about Jesus.
We meet at St Stephen’s on Thursdays during term time, 6 – 7pm.
Other Activities
We have a summer holiday club in August, a Pumpkin Party in October and a Christmas Adventure.
